  1 on 1 Training

Jak specializes in one on one personal training.

This gives the client a thorough workout (which depending on specific needs) generally includes warm up, specific training, warm down and stretch.

Jak is also able to give basic nutritional advice and provide clients with a food diary, if desired.

   Individualised Programs
Programs are best suited to individuals who can train alone, without the presence of their trainer or those who are self driven. These can be written via email, or in person.

Sports Specific programs can be designed to suit any individual in any sport then all you need to do is follow the program! In this instance Jak will assist clients and ensure the sessions are being carried out correctly by demonstrating exercises etc.

General programs for specific goals can also be written by Jak and can include 1 on 1 sessions within them.

Triathlon programs are her specialty and these like others can be delivered, via email or in person.

Program prices will vary depending on duration, complexity and nature, so please contact Jak directly about these.

   Specific Group Classes

Specific Group Sessions are tailored to a group of people with similar goals/needs.

These might include; ladies fitness classes, core strength classes, stretching or classes of a specific nature. Classes need to be kept between 5-8 for ease of operation. 

Classes work better with individuals of a similar age or gender.

It is also more convenient to pay for a block of training in advance. 

Once each person has paid his/her block fee, it is up to them to attend the class. Any classes missed by individuals will result in a forfeit of fee for that class. Please consider this before beginning your class.
