Individualised Programs
Programs are best suited to
individuals who can train alone, without the presence of their
trainer or those who are self driven. These can be written via
email, or in person.
Sports Specific programs can be
designed to suit any individual in any sport then all you need
to do is follow the program! In this instance Jak will assist
clients and ensure the sessions are being carried out correctly
by demonstrating exercises etc.
General
programs for specific goals can also be written by Jak and can
include 1 on 1 sessions within them.
Triathlon programs are her specialty and these like others can
be delivered, via email or in person.
